Done with it and the mandate after 42 years of birthing babies. Three already quit in her unit this month. She's on the edge of waiting to get fired Nov.1, or just leave now and be done with the whole thing. I told her to stick around and get fired on the chance of a lawsuit down the road. |

Seems to be a thing. A lady friend in Canada reports that her mother, a nurse, has yet to submit to the jab, and she works in a nursing home. What does that say???

The "healthcare" group I work for has a deadline in November too.
No one that's filled a religious objection waiver has heard back on them. If the deadline is enforced there won't be a department anymore. |

Same with my wife. She was going to wait until 62 and she came home last week and just said fuck it. She's leaving in December (a year before her sixty second birthday). She is a floor supervisor, and things are just a shit show. So many nurses have left that they're having to merge two floors and reduce the number of patients they can care for. Total lack of leadership at every level.

My daughter is in the same boat but a school teacher. My advice to her is let them fire you so that when the lawsuits roll in, and they will, she can participate as a plaintiff. At that point it will be about causing so much financial pain to these fucks that they never pull this shit again.

I'm in a high-paying job of 23 years, and the line has been stepped over if they go with the mandate and the vaccination becomes terms of employment. They will fire me, and I'll do what I can to rape them in the courts if we get enough class action. |

Then suddenly her hospital reversed course and offered an “opt-out”. Wear an n-95 (which they’re already required to do), and bi-weekly test. Word on the street is admin is shitting down both legs at the number of nurses leaving. |

Sorry to hear that OP. My wife is also a nurse and we've been discussing this same issue. So far, she's not hearing anything about mandates at her job.... YET but I'm sure it's coming. I have zero intentions of taking it and neither does she. As far as just walking away, I agree with others. Make them fire you. Do not make it easy for them. Hate to hear about these situations. We truly DO live in Clown world. Good luck Sir !!!

Let them fire her. If she shows up to work and say she is locked out with access badge she needs to go to HR and ask them what her status is. Do not just head home. Make them put it in writing that she is fired.

I’m an RN also. I will NOT be injected with that crap either. I’ve already told my supervisor that I will never take the injection and the day it’s required will be my last day.

My wife is waiting for the mandate to be enforced and she's going to make them fire her for refusing the jab. 25 years as an RN and she's sick of what the profession has become and not willing to compromise her principles.
