I found this five parts series documentary on the sinking of K-141 Kursk on YouTube.  It might be a bit long winded at times, but certainly much more detailed and livelier than most I've seen, with a bit of humor sprinkled on.  There are more about the post-Cold War politics, the usual military ass-covering, and introducing Vladimir Putin.  Each about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

It's like cross between Jack Rackam and Crash Course History on YouTube.
