I really like Lalo's medium Habanero for a general purpose hot sauce.

I'll put that shit on everything.

I like the cock sauce, it's spicy ketchup.

Louisiana for red vinegar.

Texas Pete and Franks are for pussies.

Weak, not at all hot, generic no flavor sauce that spends more on advertising than ingredients.

My favorite was to mix Franks half and half with the Trader Joes brand of Sriachi.

Now, I'm a fan of Trader Joe's Peri Peri sauce.  It has great flavor, enough heat, and no sugar added.

Texas Pete has a wonderful taste.  There are some local hot sauces I like because of a better kick, but of the name-brand sauces I'm a Texas Pete fan.

For a versatile, mild hot sauce, this one is the best I've had.

@rfm05

Picked this up because of this thread and I'm glad I did. What a delicious sauce, and I get to support one of my favorite youtube channels! I now have this, Cholula chipotle, and sriracha. I good profile of flavors for anything I would need.

Nice. Taking my daughter down to Avery Island in a couple weeks, son and I took the pilgrimage together a couple years ago.

1 sauce to rule them all. Still the king.

This is my daily driver. It's just the right amout of spice, tastes good, and is dirt cheap.

+1 for Tapatio. Made in a Los Angeles warehouse, but delicious.

OK I've been trying a bunch of sauces because of this thread and I'm settling on Hot One's Classic as my every day sauce. I just love it's flavor and I really enjoy the "chunkiness" of it, and that it uses peppers that are different than most the others. At 10 bucks it's not bad to keep a couple three bottles on hand. Thanks for the thread! Hot One's The Classic is now my staple!

Well, I do enjoy it.  But I think that is more based on childhood memories.

Better sauce does exist out there OP.
