My friends dad was a JP for a long time and there was a guy that he saw a couple times a year that sued them successfully. Give it a shot.

What number you see on your screen or caller ID isn't the actual number where the call originated. A new law signed by Trump last year required the FTC and cell phone companies to find a way to identify spoof calls. Thats slowly being implemented. |
