I've got a company that keeps calling me trying to sell me web design services. I'm on the do not call list. I've told the callers to stop calling me. I even have an email chain from them where I've asked them to stop calling me and they have acknowledged the request.
I've got their US Address, company name, phone number...everything.
These seems like it should be a slam dunk case.

Has anyone successfully sued a telemarketer?

For what, exactly?  Pain and suffering?

I think you'd have a pretty hard time proving you suffered any tangible, quantitative loss.

They're simply violating FTC rules.  This is about all you can do - Click Here

My friends dad was a JP for a long time and there was a guy that he saw a couple times a year that sued them successfully. Give it a shot.

If it's a real company and not a scam can't you just block them?

I have not, but you may sue under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Can you block the number? Seems a lot cheaper than a lawyer.

The overwhelming majority of telemarketers and phone scammers spoof the phone number. What number you see on your screen or caller ID isn't the actual number where the call originated.

A new law signed by Trump last year required the FTC and cell phone companies to find a way to identify spoof calls. Thats slowly being implemented.
