Spring we stayed at my cousin's rental cabin in Gatlinburg. Not my scene, but a beautiful place and didn't really need to head into town.

I was looking through some pigeon forge brochure and came across an ad for micro wrestling...i wonder if some of those folks were at that venue?

Anyway, i decided that was something i would be uncomfortable attending. Seems exploitive, but if they're enjoying what they do, i guess it's okay. I feel like i wouldn't be so uncomfortable with it if it wasn't a bunch of what seems to be obese white trashy people watching something for a kind of freakshow fascination.

I might be assuming too many motives here, but i think this is less a celebration of athletic prowess and more a barnumesque spectacle.

I saw them at their home base. At first I felt dirty, then 5 minutes in you realize they really enjoy it, they're happy, self employed, and like entertaining.

Did the little rocker guy sing some Axle Rose as the intro? He did a better job than I could have done lol

The masked guy was in Nacho Libre with Jack Black and was a pro mexican wrestler at one point.

Their website also has a list of their tour locations.

They are at the Charlotte County Fair in October. I might just have to be in Florida
that day. Looking at their site, honestly, it looks like a freakin blast.
