The cops that arrested me never did a field sobriety test nor a breathalyzer, they just cuffed me and took me to the county lock up where I stayed for over 24 hours before they cut me loose outside 0f the county jail and told me good luck getting home. Is this something based on that I can get out of this and get it off my record? I’ve gone 50 years without getting locked up before this and would like my record to be clean. If you were jacked up because of diabetes wouldn't you have died? |

Holy liability if they didn't have you with medically cleared before locking you up.
I can't tell you how many times I had been called to treat and transport a arrestee t9 get medically cleared before being incarcerated. |

Stop talking to the cops. Talk to a defense lawyer.
No FST. No breath, blood, or urine? Food given before your BGL went up and you felt better? Slam dunk, you just need to put the ball in the right hands. Not yours. Lifelong consequences here if you fuck it up. Get a lawyer. |

Get a lawyer immediately, he will get videos from the theater, your credit card history from that night showing you purchased only popcorn and such, the body cam footage of you saying you were having a low, your medical history, etc.
