There is probably no answer other than "whenever" but is there an average time it takes a package to reach someone on-board ship in the Med? It zoom it's way through the FPO but now appears to be stuck "in transit". This is my first experience dealing with shipping anything to someone on a MEU.

It takes about two weeks for a package (USPS PRIORITY) to get from the states to Afghanistan.
I would think getting it out to a boat would be at least that long. |

Well, got my answer of one month. I was led to believe by the corps that it would have been less but oh well. At least I have a target for timing future shipments.
It's funny how my son is held to opsec as to his location but the MEU can blast it all over Facebook. |
