Much bigger and cost about 1/2 of what Anarchy bolt handles cost. Factory vs Glade's 1.75″ black anodized tactical knob bolt handle. Attached File |

Anyone have this piece?
Its expensive compared to the price of the entire rifle. I’ll get one, if / when the OEM breaks, unless its highly recommended. |

And worth every penny, as I said earlier in the thread, I have a Ranch in .450 Bushmaster, before I replaced the cocking piece and bolt handle I measured trigger pull with it averaging 3.5-4 lbs over 6 or so pulls, after the work was done I got a consistent 2 1/4 lbs pull over 6 pulls. I did the same mods to my American 22" .308 I'm a cheap bastard, but that, was money well spent. next mod is stiffening up the stocks by filling the voids with epoxy. |

Unless you really truly need to downsize, why sell? I have a T/C Compass in .308 I picked up on an impulse buy. It was on sale AND had a T/C rebate. I paid about $200 for the rifle total, once my rebate arrived. It's reliable and far more accurate than one would expect from such a cheap rifle. On par with Ruger American accuracy. It's a homely rifle, which I slightly improved with a DIY sponge camo paint job on the stock, but it just sits in my safe sighted in with some of my .308 165 gr hand loads. Loaner rifle, camp rifle, truck rifle, foul weather rifle, etc. - plenty of uses for an accurate, reliable but inexpensive bolt action rifle. |

Bolt tool from Anarchy Outdoors just showed up in the mail. Hopefully that will help me. And for the record, not beer involved. |

Yes I have one, yes I used it. I had to resort to a screwdriver instead of the bolt tool. No beer involved and I watched a couple of YouTube videos while I did it. The tool is not that helpful. |

Would anyone here like to opine on the MDT LSS-XL Gen2 chassis and/or the MoFo Chassis? For the STANAG models specifically but general thoughts on the chassis would be appreciated.

Tired of waiting on Magpul....I went ahead and bought an Indian chassis. Only 1lb 4oz so it should keep it pretty handy.
Will probably be adding a law tact folder so I can stuff it in my vertx bags. Optics will be a PA 1-6 and thermal for night blasting. Should be a light, fun rifle. |

Almighty mods of GD: @DK-Prof @Aimless @Subnet @guns762
This thread is something of a unicorn in GD. It's about guns, it's been active for several months, it's 8 pages long, there's good information inside and, while some difference of opinion are voiced, no one has been called a Commie or a Liberal (yet). Is it possible to toggle this thread so it doesn't slip into the archive? As I work through handloads in my RAR I plan to keep updating. But my fear is later this summer when I have time to do some testing, this thread will be gone. Possible? |
