I’m no medical type person, but this road rage incident appears to end with decorticate posturing and a seizure. The guy who went down definitely started it by smacking the other driver’s phone out of his hand. Don’t start shit, won’t be shit. Still, his condition appears to be serious. I wonder if One Punch Man will catch any charges, even though the other guy went hands on first. |

Looks like he may have hit his head hard, followed by seizures. Crayons for Christmas.

Saw it by scrolling down, someone quoted it. "Down goes Frazier!!" |

Looked like the younger guy hit the back of his head on the asphalt pretty good.

I’m ok with the punch. Dude was asking for it.
But I don’t this going to go well for the puncher once the law is involved. |

The southpaw will probably have to endure the civil litigation circus but I can’t see any criminal issues here.

Young guy started it, old guy finished it.
It’s awesome to see someone land the first punch on the off switch. |

I’m just not sure if a punch is legally justifiable in that situation. As most things like this it’ll probably come down to local laws that vary all over the place. |

Quoted: He did, and it was a fatal injury. He died two days later in the hospital. Guy who punched him will get sued in civil court and will regret the punch although it was justified. View Quote My wife (clinical pharmacist) said the guy was finished when she watched the video, but I couldn't find a story about it. Do you have a link you can share? |

Did he deserve it? Yes
Was it worth it? No Avoid poor people that like to have fights in public roadways at all costs. They have nothing to lose and no matter how good it may feel in the moment, interacting with them let alone killing them isnt worth the risk. |

Dude's use of force was justified. |

Don't they have medicine they're supposed to take, these assholes?

Found this article about the guy who got punched dying. Haven't dug any deeper so far.
https://www.tampabay.com/news/tampa/2022/05/24/man-punched-in-tampa-road-rage-incident-dies-police-say/ At leastI think this is the same incident. Details are severely lacking in all of the articles. EDIT - nevermind I think this is a different incident. Google map of the address seems to be a totally different place. |

Tell them to have a nice day and drive away. No empathy for the dead dude though. Not saying his actions were worthy of death, but don't put yourself in stupid situations and don't escalate said situation and you'll live a lot longer. |

Shockingly, the guy is allegedly ok, save a few staples in his head.
There's no indication that he died in the article about it in the Harrison newspaper, and a guy on Reddit claims to be his brother and that he's ok. |

It is better here without the music and with commentary

Seems like the old guy was going to call someone and the younger guy didn't like that idea. Either way, don't go throwing the first punch/smack if you have a glass jaw and you're on a hard surface. Also, quite the contrast between the shaking skinny legs and the fattys he was with. |
