Seriously, everyone needs to relax and accept that Biden is going to be inaugurated, but guess what? Life will go on. I remember (as a lurker back then) the sky falling when Obama won election, but we're still here.
I'm not happy how this election turned out and believe there was copious amounts of fraud that took place, but at this point there's nothing we can do about it, so on Thursday after power transitions from Trump to Biden I'm doing the same thing I've always done...get up, have breakfast with my family, and go to work. Life will go on, it may not be ideal, but it WILL go on. In the meantime, do your part and get involved in state and local elections. Get involved with your local school board and take back the education system. Vote in the mid-term elections. Do NOT attend armed protests, this is how the left will paint conservatives and pro-2a folks as "domestic terrorists" and push for stricter laws. Don't fall for that shit, be the adult in the room. And again, find peace in family and friends.....relax. |

I do hope the recent events (well, actually the last four years) have opened more eyes (I think it has) and will help galvanize Americans; most don't want a socialist police state. I'm coordinating a meetup with local ARFCOM members in my immediate area. I plan to get more active, but I will still continue to enjoy my life...even as I'm willing do die for liberty. We have hundreds of avenues of peaceful "resistance" initiatives, now is not the time to go into defilade, bunker mode, or lone-wolf. Be smart, get active, be supportive, and take a stand...just do with a smile and Coke (or in my case a great craft beer IPA) ROCK6 |

All the water in the world can't sink a ship unless it gets inside.
Around 2012ish, I realized that Obama was 2000 miles away, he's got nothing to do with me, I'm not gonna let him ruin my fun. From then on, Obama was no longer welcome in my head. Trump too, although I'm an 85% or more Trump supporter. Biden or Harris or whoever? Fuck em. Means nothing to me, he's just a name, an idea. You guys gotta realize this is exactly what they want. They wanna live in your head rent free, they want you to be afraid and miserable. That's how you beat them, don't let them in, don't let them break you. I've already decided, they will not break me. If they wanna take me to the camp and shoot me in the back of the head, that bullet is going into a brain they don't own. Until then, I'm not doing anything different. I go hiking, backpacking, mountain biking. I'm gonna get a paddleboard and fish when it's warm. I'm gonna shoot skeet and sporting clays with my Yildiz (when I can get ammo). There's a couple of cheap golf courses by my house, maybe I'll take up golf too. Point is, you guys gotta get out of the house and off the internet. Go to a state park. You'll forget all about Biden or Harris and you'll feel a lot better. |

Quoted: It’s hard to relax but I agree with what you said. View Quote I certainly agree with being active in local and state elections. I think this is the only way we can counter the results of national elections (gaining control of congress) And, as the 21er posted above, keep these politicians out of your head. |

The only thing that really concerns me is the weaponization of the one party media. Its really in overdrive like never before. Well that and social media thought police.
Suppression of ideas and dissent. Thats the real problem. The Pres was always gonna bop back and forth from R to D and back again. Anyone who didnt consider that possibility was delusional. |

You NEVER just relax and roll over when tyrants take control and begin to threaten you......and most certainly NEVER just relax when your govt is stolen and your nose is rubbed in shit. I am able to accept a fair loss from a changed political environment. That didnt happen. We have been shown that govt is not going to correct itself.....so that means we have to change tactic and fight locally and fight dirty. Seriously......dems and establishment repubs are the enemy. They deserve nothing. Simply out of office is too good for them. |

I tend to agree with this; however take a look at the Democrats. Do they ever relax? No, they don't. They're united and are hell bent on steamrolling anyone in their way with no apologies. There's no "reaching across the aisle", no "healing"...it's their way or the highway. They'll lie, cheat and steal to get it
