Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Rehabilitating My Old Brew Rig

I haven't brewed in YEARS.

When we moved down here, my brew stand with hot liquor tank, mash tun and boiling tank were kept in a shed, and dirt daubers are into everything.

Need new sight gauges, the old ones are trashed.

Personally I'd replace everything that isn't stainless or can't be boil-sanitized.

Every hose and anything else that isn't metal at least, and probably a bunch of fittings, etc as well.
