Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Redirect when clicking link within quote box

Staff,

If I click certain hotlinks (such as a twitter image link) within a quote reply box it redirects me to an advert website.

It used to be myrewardcenter.us site, now today its some sort of cash app survey website.

Is that arfcom or the image link? This occurs on both my PC and laptop. If I hover over the link in the quoted reply box, the link itself is accurate.

That sounds like a malicious browser extension got installed on your end.

Only seems to happen for twitter links. Other websites in quote boxes do not redirect.

I'll run some scans either way.

Edit: Primarily use Chrome. Tried Opera, occurs in Opera too.
