Sorry the audio for the painting portion was horrible, so I nuked it. Dunno what is up with the freeze switching from high speed to normal.  Quenching the Hell''s Bell Bowie High res pic of the pattern.

That looks like a hell of a way to trim facial hair.
 I really like that pattern. Was that the steel from the last video you posted? Also, how thick is that tang? Looking forward to seeing the completed knife. |

Last video was crosses IIRC, the cross material is the same material 15N20 and 1084, but the bowie is 150+ layers vs 48 or so on the crosses. But the customer asked for it. I am taking some liberties with the swell. Most were not full tang, and I won't make an 'art knife' with a hidden...it just feels wrong to me. |

I don't think I will jimp this one...see above. And yes, I know there was no period pattern-welded steel. The customer is equally aware of this and...well...wants what he wants. At this point I just hope I get the sheath right. |
