TMTG has a lot of good ideas but has poor execution.
Managing software engineering and tech startups requires a specific mentality with leadership that's not common outside of software engineering, and the lack of that mentality results in collaboration and communication problems and failure. You can see it here with Truth Social, but there's other high visibility rollout failures like the Obamacare website.
When leadership is over focused on governance and erects a governance-focused middle management structure rather than a collaboration-oriented, high-trust middle management structure, you get these types of failures with software engineering and tech efforts.
It's not unique to Trump, and it's also in the case of TMTG/DWAC not the fault of liberal adversaries. The failure point is internal to TMTG.
To avoid these failures, we need people who are in funding/owner/vc/leadership roles in conservative tech build efforts to
a) start talking to each other about their successes and failures, and
b) look at the management structures and cultures of the many successful liberal tech startups, and reorganize their companies to be like those companies, in terms of management roles and relationships with engineering
