I had the opposite experience with them. Bought some Magtech 300 BO subs last year. They were in stock at the time of ordering and went OOS pretty fast. Well, a long time went by and I never got them. I had to email them to find out they couldn't fill my order and the item was now backordered.
They offered me free shipping on a future order which was nice of them. I haven't bought anything though. |

I got the same email from PA this evening..great customer service...and while we are talking about customer service, I placed an order with Scheels for the first time and got a shipping notice 2 hours later...
 , I couldn't believe it..I sent them an email tonight telling them they did a great job and I would be ordering from them again soon.

It’s filipino and Japanese respectively.......the PLx is coming from LOW..... go do your research and tell me who else makes scopes there.  It’s not all “Chinese junk” EDIT....and so we don’t play word games..,,,,maybe it’s “assembled here” but the parts are all still made at LOW....... Yeah, it’s a much beloved brand and has .mil contracts. |

Primary Arms is most likely the best online gun accessory stores online. I could buy a car with the money I've spent with them.
Aim Surplus has stepped up there game over the years and often has lower prices on Glock mags than all the others. Any company that only has one shipping company is out for me. FedEx is a mess with tracking and their drivers just dump and run. Packaged at FedEx go through a damn concrete mixer before they arrive and if they go through Memphis it's a clown show with delays and bullshit from customer service. |

I got a similar email for a set of GL-429 sights at a LOW price I couldn't ignore. Very nice to see a company who cares to let you know what's going on and doesn't just shrug when you call or email.

I placed an order on the 20th as well. 4 days later got the apology email. Parts arrived today.
PA is always gtg. I wish their scopes were made in another place rather then China. Hell I would buy it Philippines or Taiwan. Just cant do China is I can help it. I did havea PA5x. Itt was VERY clear, built like a tank and the ACSS was perfect. Would buy another if made elsewhere |

I debated between primary arms and a vortex strike eagle at palmetto. I bought the strike eagle and other items from palmetto on the 23...crickets
Palmetto has been my go to for years. I think I could switch my favoritism Primary Arms... |
