Worked there for years after high school. Stuffed crust was always the best. We would wrap pepperoni around the cheese in the crust when making ones for ourselves

While I was working at Andersen Consulting in the early '90s they developed Russian language Pizza Hut training. They had Russian Pizza Hut logo T-shirts and baseball caps printed up.

I remember them coming out on hot as hell skillets along with pints of beer. (Before I was old enough to to drink)
 Man I wish I was in my late teens during the 80s instead of under 10 Cheap guns and ammo cool suvs. We would have had to brought an end to all that un shaved bush and it would have been a utopia. Only pizza left that I have found that still compares around here is Bid Ed’s in Oak RIdge and they only sell beer by the bottle last I heard  I only eat takeout from there. |

I think most of them are closed around here. We stopped at one on vacation when one of my kids had a potty emergency
 Meh, can't say as I missed them. I used to go with my parents when Pizza Hut was in it's heyday

In my younger days a friend and I ordered a 28" supreme pizza from the best local joint. Little did I know that my ex gf worked there and she made the order but added anchovies to our $35 pizza. First bite we nearly puked. Called the manager and had him not only refund our money but give us an untainted supreme for no charge. She also got fired, good times!!! |

Maybe it was because I was a teenager, but Pizza Hut in the 80’s was really good pizza. Greasy thin crust that would burn the top of your mouth and it was great. Their pizza now tastes as bland as Papa John’s, which has also gone downhill. I’m assuming they use shittier ingredients or they’re frozen. Hell, Dominos used to be ok.
