Just signed refinancing paperwork a couple nights ago.
2.75 conventional 30yr |
|
[#2]
Locked in towards the beginning of the month at 2.875%. Could have got 2.625% but the costs/fees didn’t make sense in my situation.

Just signed paperwork for a 15yr 2.5% refinance on our home in WY. We were at 5.75%. Met with the bank earlier this month.
Had to E-Sign because currently we're in Cali dealing with my Moms/Sisters estate. Mom passed in Oct, Sister was killed in an accident on the 15th. 2020 sucked, and 2021 doesn't look any better. |

Had a 30 year conventional at 3.65. Couple months ago, the credit union offered me 2.875 without resetting the clock for a flat $500. I will recoup that money within a year.

2.6% 30yr Fixed
This was after a 5% first time homebuyer loan |

This month - 60% LTV, conforming/non-jumbo, 15 year@2%, have job, good credit, etc.
Re-fi'd a year ago with 30 year @ 3.375. |

We will soon be signing for 2.625% on a 30 year note. My plan is to keep paying the same amount to knock the time down.

2.25%, should close next week. Dropped from 3.625% so happy as can be... |

Had a 3.375% 30 yr fixed. Closed April 2020 originally.
Refinanced and signed tonight at 2.5% 30yr fixed. Didn't buy any points and lender paid me $1600 at closing. Used better.com for the refi. |

Not a refi, we just bought a house in November 2020. 2.25% on a VA Home Loan.

Old lender wanted out of it and incentivized refi with new lender |

If only there was a go to guy in your licensed in your state who watched the market for you and told you when to lock

Guy who did my refi in 2019 called today and said I could get 2.5% for 15 years. I'm currently at 3.625% with 13.5 years left.

I’ve originated multiple loans at 1.75 recently. Wish I had already finished my OH licensing so I could help you.

Locked in 2.875 30 year conv with a cash out and no points from an FHA loan today.
Got rid of PMI, taking out some equity to do some updates and looking like my payments will be over $100 less a month. Not bad for having bought the house just 4 years ago. Its my first home and frankly it could be my last as its all I'll ever need and exactly the property I ever wanted. The value has skyrocketed so Im debating on selling it, pocketing the cash and wait for the crash.... |

[#44]
2.85 in October. We were at 4.675 and dropped from a 30 to a 20 with no increase in payments
|
|
[#46]
Closing next Thursday on 2.125% , 15 year.. knocked 7 years off and payment went up less than $100 per month. (Was at 4.125)

I’ve contacted several companies about refinancing and not a single one has ever called me back.

2.25 30 year fixed. Between my VA disability and my wife working for the mortgage company we paid nothing out of pocket
