Locked in towards the beginning of the month at 2.875%. Could have got 2.625% but the costs/fees didn’t make sense in my situation.

Just signed paperwork for a 15yr 2.5% refinance on our home in WY. We were at 5.75%. Met with the bank earlier this month.

Had to E-Sign because currently we're in Cali dealing with my Moms/Sisters estate. Mom passed in Oct, Sister was killed in an accident on the 15th. 2020 sucked, and 2021 doesn't look any better.

Had a 30 year conventional at 3.65. Couple months ago, the credit union offered me 2.875 without resetting the clock for a flat $500. I will recoup that money within a year.

We will soon be signing for 2.625% on a 30 year note. My plan is to keep paying the same amount to knock the time down.

We did the same.  Could have bought points to get a lower rate, but didn’t.  2.75% is good for me!

Had a 3.375% 30 yr fixed. Closed April 2020 originally.

Refinanced and signed tonight at 2.5% 30yr fixed. Didn't buy any points and lender paid me $1600 at closing.

Used better.com for the refi.

Locked in 2.875 30 year conv with a cash out and no points from an FHA loan today.

Got rid of PMI, taking out some equity to do some updates and looking like my payments will be over $100 less a month. Not bad for having bought the house just 4 years ago.

Its my first home and frankly it could be my last as its all I'll ever need and exactly the property I ever wanted. The value has skyrocketed so Im debating on selling it, pocketing the cash and wait for the crash....
