I'd rather inform the officer that the gold fringe around his flag patch indicates his laws only apply to me as a corporation, not the person. I am merely traveling lawfully within the confines of my constitutional rights. This usually causes them to appear physically shaken, speechless or in a state of stuttering stupor. From that point I calmly assert my rights again, forcefully as needed until he drools from the corner of his mouth. The final "roundhouse" KO comes when I ask if I am being detained, or free to go? Seeing the error in his ways, I am let go.
This has worked 1000s of times. Cops don't even even know how good I truly am. |

27 years ago, I made some poor choices. Caught a couple of felony charges as a result. Fortunately for me, I'd answered all the LE questions before I was read my rights. So, thanks to a good defense attorney, I got a pass. Only had to pay restitution, and legal fees, plus some community service. Of course, those felony charges still follow me to this day - always delayed on background checks, NFA stuff takes longer to clear, getting TSA pre-check took longer than normal, no shot at a security clearance or law enforcement job, etc. The good attorney's advice to me following this situation was - in any encounter with law enforcement, do exactly what is described in this video.
