I bought a air fryer and tried many recipes and finally threw the dam thing in the trash can..along with the food I cooked in it.
"Air Frying" is a dam joke. |

I love my air fryer!
 We like air fried pork loin chops. Make an egg wash of an egg and buttermilk. Make a crumb mixture of seasoned bread crumbs and panko and some seasoning. Run your chop through the egg wash and then roll in breadcrumbs. Air fry at about 350 flipping halfway through. Chops about an inch or more will take about 15 minutes. Always preheat your fryer. |

isn't this just my convection oven? That I've had for... 20 yrs?
