So we had a radio setup at work where I suspect the hand mic crapped out. Still able to hear, but can't get out anymore and we suspect a hand mic issue.
I am trying to identify the connector type to order a new mic for troubleshooting. Is anyone able to help identify this and maybe a suggestion on a replacement? Nobody knows where we got the original as some savvy guy built this setup over a decade ago.

In my 32 years as a broadcast engineer, I’ve soldered thousands of those XLR’s. Mostly 3 pin for audio. Look into Neutrik brand XLR. much better than Switchcraft.
