So I sent both pics to a Dept of Environmental Services supervisor.

The black snake is a hog nose noodle, the big one is a timber rattle snake.

He advices if I want I should get it relocated by a pro.

SO HERE IS THE REST OF THE STORY, to quote the late  great Paul Harvey.

The big mofo snake has been identified by "an expert" who follows indigenous snakes in the area for the county as a Dumerils Boa.
Apparently someone released it or it escaped captivity, this type of snake is native to Madagascar and they command a steep market price. Sadly it will not survive the winter unless it is captured and placed in a home.  The conservation officer asked me to call her if I see it again and her Dept. will send someone to capture it.

and now "You know the rest of the story".
