From the National Guard? Probably a fast tracked discharge for his prior AWOL. Charging NG under UCMJ for stuff done while not on duty has the potential to be a pain in the ass during the appeal process. Better for the NG to waive any jurisdiction issues they could have and let the feds have him.

According to my calculations there are over 39 million "Mexicans" living in America as a result of post 1965 legal and illegal immigration. If I include the Texas Estimate from Dan Patrick that would probably add another 10 million, but it's not peer reviewed so some cuck would come along and cry about it. That figure does not include descendants from the Mexican Cession. Don't get confused, there are many different types of people in Mexico, and those 39 million haven't had ancestors in the American west for near a thousand years or more - it is not their land.

Hispanics as a demographic group identify Democrat at 66%. So how many foederati volunteer soldiers are staying loyal to their tribe ethnicity and stabbing Rome in the back?
The answer is that it doesn't matter compared to the number who vote Democrat.

Edsr makes the best nonchicken marsala, marsala I've ever had.

First you remove all normal chicken marsala ingredients other than the chicken and pasta and add bourbon. Viola! There you have it!
