Dang. I was worried they might try for the "reasonable accommodations" angle. I guess they are saying we don't care about your RE, or if it is valid or not, because there is no way to accommodate you.
I haven't heard anything on mine yet, but I'm expecting something similar. The only thing I can see that might save me is that I have no reason to be onsite anymore, and still work remote 60% of the time. |

SOP from leftist organizations.
SFPD denied all exemption applications also. There will be more companies and public agencies doing the same. I just received my RE questionnaire but fully expect a denial. I'm waiting until the last moment to activate my retirement. |

They recognize your religious objections.
They claim they cannot afford to make reasonable accommodations for your religious beliefs. Assuming you've been able to work under existing reasonable accommodations for the past 20 months, I don't believe them. Did they request that employees apply for exemptions? If so, that was a sham, they had no intent to grant reasonable accommodations, in fact they now officially claim in writing that it's not even possible. |

This seems to be the norm now. Mine was denied as well. Losing my job 12/1. I know of at least 5 people whos religious exceptions were also denied. Welcome to communism.
No idea what to do about it. The left is also trying to block you from unemployment if you get fired for not taking the vaccine. Its just crazy. Organize a call in sick day. Seemed to work for Southwest. |

Let them know that the response to your questions will be relayed to your attorney. If they send the same boilerplate nonsense back to you, contact an attorney. The next step is to file an religious discrimination complaint with both the federal and state EEOC. Then have your attorney draft a lawsuit or join one of the many currently on-going depending on what the attorney thinks is best. |

If your basis for exemption was the fact that aborted fetal cells were being injected into your body, I can see why they denied it.
There are no fetal cells in any of the vaccines. If you are talking about the HEK-293 fetal cell line used in testing, there is no clear indication that the cells were derived from an aborted fetus, they could have likely come from a miscarried fetus. You need to reframe your argument to capture the fact that you recently became aware of the use of potentially aborted fetal cell lines used in experimental vaccine testing and you find any product designed using those cells incompatible with your beliefs. |

My company has mandated the vaccine.
I will not be asking for their permission (through a religious exemption) to not put something I do not want in my body. When they get around to asking me, I will tell them "No", and that they do not have that authority. I exchange my time, effort, intellect, and skill sets for their money. That is the contract we agreed upon, and I will not be altering it. If they no longer want me to work for them because of this, so be it. |

If you lawyer up and file an EEOC, it would be interesting to see exactly how many reasonable accommodation requests based on religious grounds have been denied.
Weird that they jumped straight to ‘there are no reasonable accommodations possible’. By admitting this, they admit that all the workplace measures put in place to “flatten the curve” have been all for show. |

Through this Democrat mandate, the Gov't is conditioning employers to be an enforcement arm (of the gov't mandate) to evaluate employees religious beliefs and terminate their employment if their religious beliefs are not in line with the gov't vaccine mandate. Thus the Gov't has successfully partnered with private employers to diminish God and your religious beliefs for a higher gov't power and purpose. |

That is probably a pre-written response that everyone is getting. No need to pay anyone to even read your RE if they can just blanket deny all of them with a generic response that negates any consideration of the actual religious exemption.
I think I would try to continue that conversation by requesting clarification. At least force them to read it. I guess the next steps are dependent upon their ability to accommodate you, which is dependent on your specific circumstances. |
