Lol, that’s normal. It’s not critical to flight, removed often if damaged. Doesnt take the plane out of service.

If you were flying Aeroflot, there were would be more issues than that bit of fairing.

Acceptable sure, I'm not sure I'd call it normal though.  

And obviously the trailing edge of the flap actuator isn't critical, it's just pretty odd and something I'm not sure I'd do an ER for on my jets.
