With the upcoming remaster and the new game announcement a month or two ago, I'm surprised to see that hardly anyone here has mentioned one of the best Sci Fi IPs in the last 20 years.  Am I the only person here looking forward to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition and the as-of-yet untitled new game following on from ME3?  Yes, ME Andromeda wasn't that good (though I would argue it wasn't as bad as many have made it out to be IMHO) and Bioware compounded that by dropping Andromeda's DLC to focus on Anthem (which was it's own abomination), but I'm willing to be cautiously optimistic with the remasters and sequel.

Looking forward to it.  I agree ME:A wasn't as bad as people made it out to be but to be fair the Mass Effect trilogy is a hard act to follow.

Supposedly the remaster drops in May.  ME1 got a rework (as per Bioware) to bring it in line with ME2 and ME3s playstyle.  No drop date for ME4 (or whatever name they plan on giving it) yet.

Apparently they are re-editing many of the cutscenes that focus on Miranda's butt.

I'll pass on this remaster since Miranda's butt is an important part of the lore of the series, at least to me.

I actually agree with you on this although at face value it's hard to see.

Miranda is supposed to be perfect...genetically, physically, mentally, etc. I always thought the butt shots were a subtle reminder of that, as were a lot of her dialogue options and the way she behaved around other characters.

*Eta* I must be the only person in the universe that actually enjoyed the Mass effect one gameplay over the other ones. I liked two and three, but they basically turned into cover shooters with ultralight RPG elements instead of a unique game.

I may need to upgrade my PC for this one, I'm barely over minimum specs.   Good luck getting a GPU though...

Played all of them.  Not playing again.

For those that finished ME, if you play Dead Space 3, you can get an N7 style armor suit for Isaac.

No, I also prefered ME1 over the other two...Andromeda doesn't count.

I've played the trilogy at least three times, fantastic Sci-Fi.

Always ended hooking up with Liara :)
