The really stupid thing is that breast is already just as gender neutral as chest.
part of body [countable] either of the two round, soft parts at the front of a woman's body that produce milk when she has had a baby She put the baby to her breast. [countable] the similar, smaller part on a man's body, which does not produce milk [countable] (literary) the top part of the front of your body, below your neck synonym chest She cradled the child against her breast. So is nursing a baby now offensive to nurses, can you say mothers milk, probably not ok with wet nurses, before long in the uk, you'll have to get written permission to speak to people, then they'll have to get written permission to answer. a five minute conversation will take weeks.
