Payne sounds off on Wall St over GameStop: All of this whining is making me sick |
|

Reuters 1/27
BlackRock Inc, the world’s largest asset manager, could have made gains of about $2.4 billion on its investment in GameStop Corp as retail investors pour money into the video-game retailer’s shares. The asset manager owned about 9.2 million shares, or a roughly 13% stake, in GameStop as of Dec. 31, 2020, a regulatory filing showed on Tuesday. Assuming no change in BlackRock’s position, the value of its stake would be worth $2.6 billion now, compared with $173.6 million as of December. View Quote |

What's the difference between buying now after hours or waiting until opening? Advantages/disadvantages? after hours is like futures, danger zone should be your theme song not financial advice...just a music lover All I knew about stocks before today was what I learned from Wolf Of Wallstreet...and I forgot all that when Morgot Robbie did full frontal So if I buy 1 share of GME with a limit of say $400 right now, I am put at the front of the queue at opening, but the risk is buying a stock for $292 and it immediately plummets right after. With the limit, if the price skyrockets to $1000 at opening Im not on the hook for paying out $1k if I didn't want to, but that order is basically nullified if the price goes over my limit before someone sells. Would buying fractional shares at a set cash price be the better way to go? |

what the hell, in on AMC, do we think GME is peaked or going higher given the national attention |

Price is going up because people aren't selling. Once those shorts expire, it should take off higher and higher. Im holding my GME for the long Not advice, just my opinion |

I bought 100 GME yesterday at $111 and sold at $147 right before close. Had no real clue what was going on regarding the WSB strategy otherwise I probably would have stayed in the game. Oh well, profited $3700 in about an hour.
This morning I bought 1000 NOK and 300 AMC. Will see how fucked I get. |

It will ask you how much USD worth you want to buy and accept the liability that it’s a crypto currency. Then you buy it. Super simple. |

So, lets say, we buy into GME. The SEC decides to be cunts and do the rake back shit.

How to Get Started with Bitcoin (2024 updated) Coinbase Tutorial: Beginners Guide on How to Use Coinbase to Buy & Sell Crypto Basically: 1) Get an account with an exchange like Coinbase or Binance. 2) Fund account (read: use your debit card to add some money to the account to fund your crypto buys). 3) Get a Wallet (which lets you remove your crypto from the Exchange and store it on your PC or other device....the equivalent of keeping your money in your safe). I use Exodus. 4) Buy crypto. #4 is your choice. I, myself, keep Bitcoin, Etherium, and Dogecoin (used to be a joke coin, but it has cool features that have slowly turned it into a potential winner). You can buy Bitcoin and Etherium on Coinbase, but not Dogecoin. To get Dogecoin, I buy Bitcoin on Coinbase, send that Bitcoin to my Exodus wallet, and the Exodus Wallet lets me exchange Bitcoin for Dogecoin. HOLD UNTIL THE MOON! |

Whole up.
Is this the guy that’s borrowed GameStop to short and then started trash talking them to drive the price down? https://www.scmp.com/business/article/2038381/hong-kong-bans-short-seller-andrew-left-market-five-years Hong Kong tribunal banned US short-seller Andrew Left from trading on the city’s market for five years after publishing “false and/or misleading” claims about a company listed there. Left must repay HK$1.6 million in trading profits, pay about HK$4 million in legal expenses, and will face criminal prosecution if he breaks Hong Kong rules again, the Market Misconduct Tribunal said Wednesday. The penalties follow the tribunal’s August ruling that Left’s Citron Research published a 2012 report that was “false and/or misleading as to material facts or through omission of material facts |

Quick question for those that know.
The discord is shut down to stop the flow of information about this subject to give investors time to "evaluate" their positions. My question: what is the argument they are using that says these individuals, who aren't in professional hedge funds, should be stopped from doing exactly what they are doing? Manipulation is only alright if they do it? |
