What's the longest fast you all have done?  I think mine was about 72 hours.  About to kick off a new one with the wife, looking at shooting for 100 hours.

I just broke today after 6 days, nothing but water, black coffee, and tea. Down 26 lbs at the end.

Fasted 4 days once on a drilling rig.  I was hungry for the first day, but the hunger went away after the second day or so.
I slept unbelievably deep.  Extremely vivid dreams that would have me starting in my sleep.
During the days I was extremely alert and my senses sharpened up and I felt great.  I would love to do a longer fast to see what happens.

Seven days.  Day two is always the hardest for me.  After that, the next five days are easy and comfortable.

Try Sallekhana from what I hear it’s the last fast you will ever need to do.

Never longer than 24 hours.

I guess maybe during food poisoning a it was a couple days, but I was sipping pedialyte so it probably doesn't count.

Does having a cup of bone broth day invalidate the fast?

What weight did you lose?  Fat?  Muscle?  Water?  All of the above?

SERE school, which wasn't a pure fast.  It was probably 1200-1500 calories over 5 days of evasion and resistance

I did 7 days once.  It was after a colonoscopy.  I was about 36 hours into it before they looked up my butt, so i just continued it.  Lost about 15 pounds

Yikes. I just went through that but I had the wife stop on the way home so I could ingest about 5k calories of junk food. I don’t think I like fasting.

I did 72 hours a couple weeks ago. Well, like 68, but whatever. Might start a 48 hour tomorrow but that could turn into 72 if I'm feeling good.

Typically, no.

I don't think you lose much muscle on a short term fast, probably some fat and water, I was doing more for cleansing/reset than weight loss. I put 3lbs back on the last 2 days eating clean but not any restrictions. Hardest part was not chewing gum, even though it's sugar free I didn't want to cheat.

2 weeks

FYI for anyone wanting to do more than a few day fast, you need electrolytes.  No, drinking sugar free Powerade isn't enough.  I got pretty bad cramps from electrolyte deficiencies when I tried extended fasting without electrolytes.

My wife and I went 11 days, we were going for 21 but our mother in law talked us out of it. It really does take a toll on your health and your body. My wife's breast size went from 38GG down to like a C cup and I'm pretty sad about that. I don't know if they are ever coming back

How much weight did you lose and did you add a lot back on in the few weeks following your fast
