Pretty sure they're all airsoft and nothing particularly nice to say about the few Aussie cops or security personnel I've had any sort of interaction with. They're like the typical Euro or American big city cop where they've been handed a book or rules/laws, minimal actual police training (lots of SJW/feelz type stuff) and they robotically try to follow it without actually thinking for themselves or doing anything that might possibly draw negative attention on themselves- kind of like US Postal employees.
