Had a 214270 for a while and it actually wears as large as a sub does due to the larger dial.

Parmigiani Fluerier, Panerai Power Reserve or JLC Master Compressor depending upon formal - casual you want to go. All three of those speak to a more refined watch collector as opposed to the cliche sporting watches like Rolex, Omega, Breitling and Tag.
