Latest xbone update this week and now it takes long time to get into the games. Anyone else?

Its a double exp weekend so its harder to get in games for some reason.

It's been an issue since the update.  lobbies were taking forever to populate and then kicking people out.  the only lobbies i could get to work were shoot the ship and infected ground war.
today is the first day that i'm having no issues finding matches in my regular lobbies (team deathmatch)

i don't play warzone so no clue about that
