Is the TV any good?
Can I shut all of the smart shit off and just use it as a monitor?
I can't find a straight answer.
I don't want Alexa.

LG OLEDs are some of the best TV's you can buy currently. The smart features can't be disabled per se but just don't connect it to the internet.

They are excellent monitors too. Low input lag, excellent response times and viewing angles. They even support gysnc.

Monitor for gaming?

Yes, LG has the best input lag as compared to say, my Sony 77A9G.
