Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Kamado Grill questions

I put one together that my wife bought and the trays on either side of the grill have a slight inboard tilt.  I placed a level on the bowl and it is level.  There's nothing complicated about putting on the brackets so.....

Main question: If you have one are they tilted also or level?

How do you like yours if you have one and is it good for smoking?

Not sure about your first question.

I only use mine for smoking. It makes some delicious smoked meats. Love it!
