Super pumped for this thing. Sure, it's not a super sport but the base model is nice as hell, I'm guessing with the new suspension and weight savings she will be fun on the track.
Eta February but we know how that goes.

I loved my old monster. Not the greatest track bike, but it was a hoot to ride and made all of the right noises.

no trellis frame..is it -really- a Monster? I also don't know what Ducati's fascination is with the little goofy windscreen they are using on this and the Streetfighter?

I have a 2021 that is setup somewhat similar to what comes on the SP. Great all around machine. The Termis that come on the SP are the "approved" version so very subdued sound but you can swap the midpipe (which does most of the muffling) for under $300 and get all the great noises back. Plus another 7-8 pounds of weight loss. If I didn't already have the forks and shock done I'd go with the SP for sure.

Owned 8 different Ducati's in my day and would love to see the torque on this one!

Just sold my 2021 for a Harley Breakout. It was a fun bike, but the engine sounded like a bag of wrenches shaking around with the Desmo valves system. I never got used to it.
