I get that he hates Trump. I get that he's a never Trumper.
But according to the NRA, he has a 93% Rating and has given a lot of vocal support for the 2A. But his twitter feed is *FULL* of gushing over Biden. I could understand it if he took issue with Trump, couldn't support him... and voted 3rd party. But to outright *CELEBRATE* someone who is openly talking about banning practically all semi-automatic firearms!?!? How can you be pro-2A and celebrate Joe Biden!?  ETA: I am talking about Joe Walsh the politician,... not the musician |

He's a drug addicted douche but I'm glad I saw him play a benefit show with Henley and Frey in a small ballroom at The Ritz in Aspen back in '92 or '93. It was unbelievable.

I saw a video on YT where he was addressing active duty at Joint Base Lewis-McCord. It is something he does as a volunteer . . . travels around to military bases. Plays a little guitar, tells the story of his growing up with music; was a military dependent. Read where dad died in the service in 1949: pilot. Gold Star family. All in all, there was no politics in his presentation. It gave me a little more respect for him. I truly respect his musical skills.

99% of them don't give a single fuck about 2A or guns. Gun rights aren't even a blip on their radar, it's just something they have to say to get the support of a certain demographic. By simply not pushing to ban guns would give a politician a good rating. Hardly any of them want to push to actually EXPAND gun rights.
