ATF Shuts Down Online Parts Seller For Unlawfully Selling "Firearms" |
|
FAFT ain’t got a case against them
If they did there wouldn’t be a cease and desist letter They’d have confiscated everything and arrested folks |

"These kits therefore are firearms... have always been... notwithstanding the recent bullshit we claimed as a rule"...
Yeah, no! The inclusion or presence of instructions, tools or knowledge does not make an object into a firearm. Never has, never will. Nor is pipe, tubing and other solid parts a silencer or suppressor. Go ahead and try to fire a bullet with and through either, you lying shitbags. “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule-making or legislation which would abrogate them.” -–Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966) |

I'm not sure if I should snag one of the few P80 frames still floating around online.
I'm really wanting a PF9SS and a PF45 badly. |

Quoted: Yeah. I need to pick up a PF45 frame to do a 10mm. I need to pick up a PF45 frame to do a 10mm. If I pick up a PF45 frame, I'll just settle for separate parts kits and complete slides. I don't expect to be switching between .45 ACP and 10mm frequently enough to justify picking up two PF45 frames. Money is a bit tight lately, anyways. |

1st the letter claims the shop is selling all the components at 1 time and that is why they determined that JSD needed an FFL to be a dealer.
Then selling the components separately makes them a dealer and they need an FFL. But an 80% was never a firearm and never needed an FFL to transfer them until they decided to change the definition of a firearm. GFY ATF |

How soon will anyone with a block of aluminum and a CNC or drill press get arrested for "constructive content"

Pretty sure I could buy all the tools and materials to make a firearm from McMaster-Carr. Better shut them down as well.

For fuck's sake.
ATF: "You must follow our rules." Business owners/gun owners: "Okay." ATF: "You're in violation for following our rules." Business owners/gun owners: "What?" ATF: "Oh, we changed our mind about our rules." |

If the left can recite, ‘There are no illegal people’ then it’s pretty obvious to me that as the constitution clearly states that every American has the right to bear arms then it must stand to reason we should be shouting that there is no such thing as an illegal gun.
The fatf cannot make law. The fatf needs to be disbanded and everyone involved with the fatf need to be tried for treason. |

Im going to have to tell my dry-cleaner, "no wire hangers", just to avoid this kind of shit... At least my Suits will be clean for court

"Fuck NY and their SAFE act. My state is free. I don't care what you dumb Yankees do. I don't need to help you guys fight the SAFE Act. You guys in NY need to move to a free state" Did I hit all of em? |

I'm trying to wrap my head around the logic the ATF is using, and I just can't.
Best analogy I can think of off the top of my head is the local police pulling you over for driving 34 mph in a 35 mph zone, but giving you a speeding ticket because your car has the ability to exceed 35 mph. |

View Quote No. They’ll have to raid the car dealer you bought it from and the gas station. |

Quoted: I've seen what the parts look like to make fully automatic firearms. How soon before I am arrested for violating the NFA and my head is chopped off? They know they don't got shit and are trying to frighten people into compliance and thus establish "quasi-case law"; i.e. if someone challenges them in court; they can point to compliance by small fish by JSD tactical etc as "proof" that selling 80%s is dealing in firearms as a rationale to a judge. |

View Quote Ahhhhh, the Dupe Police strike again. Dupe Police in an ATF shutting down freedom thread. The irony. |

So selling all the components needed to assemble a firearm from an 80% lower is illegal? Hmm. Okay then: "click this link to order half the required items. You will receive an email tomorrow with a link to click on to order the other half"

I'd change the ATF mission to manufacturer baby formula for the next fifty years. Once they have that down, it's on to dog food.

Theoretically, what if places like this were to setup a second LLC?
So, JSD Supply sells 80% receivers, then JSD Parts sold completion kits? Would these kind of legal gymnastics satisfy the mental gymnastics FAFT is applying to the GCA? Side note, I've never been interested in the 80% game... until FAFT didn't want me to have any. |
