Chased the little bastard into the closet and moved everything i can.
He is behind two cushions and a rifle case. I've put the only sticky trap we have left in the spot most likely he'd come out. I've made as much noise as I can against that wall and he hasn't scurried out yet. What advice do you have? |

Got a kid with a blowgun? If you shoot it with the blowgun from across the room, pinning it to the baseboard your wife will be impressed.

It's a mouse for God's sake!
Throw the cushions, stomp the mouse as it runs, then clean the mess up with Lysol and a sponge. |
|
Put some gloves on, catch it, pet it, release it outside under strict orders not to come back in
|
|
|
Close the closet door and tell him only one of you is leaving alive.
Dibs on your guns and ammo. |
|
Have someone with a broom waiting for it as you move shit then stomp it out and the hockey puck that fucker out. Did this last night
|
|
Get in there, close the door, and put a towel or something covering the crack under the door so it can't get away.
Did I mention *take a Shop-Vac with you*? Turn Shop-Vac on, start moving cushions and be ready to get him. This advice also works for spiders. |

For fucks sake its just a mouse. Pick up a shoe and handle it.

Hit it with a folded air mattress that's how I killed my last mouse

If this isn't a indicator I need either a cattle dog or a cat I can't think of a better reason.
One of our other traps caught one the other night. Its still cold so even though we patched up holes they are still getting in some how. Just not as frequent. It's been months since we've seen them and of course now one got killed the other night and this bastard is in my closet. |

If you've got another sticky trap, I'd put one in front of that notch in the left hand cushion. Mice do like to travel along walls, but there's no guarantee.

Call your husband?
Kill it with a: broom, knife, rolled up paper, 22 birdshot, 1 megaton tactical nuke. |

Birdshot comes in all pistol calibers with little noticeable difference in performance from .22 to 38 to 9 to 45.
Do pay attention that you don't buy 45 acp for a 45 Colt revolver and vice versa. OOS at midway usa. OP do be careful with mice. Set up traps, check them often, use rubber gloves during disposal. |

I still get shit about that :-) But the tree rat is dead... 22 rat shot doesn't do that. |

Last time I had a mouse cornered like that, I pinned him with my boot and cut off its head with my pocketknife...in my female LT's office...as she looked on in horror...
