Looks like he was showing off for the camera and busted a hydraulic seal somewhere, that stuff squirting out was oil.... which hit his exhaust pipe.
Fast thinking. lol |

Garbage trucks cause more property damage than drunk drivers where I work.
The only person they have killed (eventually) though to my knowledge is a shoplifter hiding from the cops in a dumpster that the truck picked up and compressed. So... filming them might yield some interesting videos
