I wasn't on line yesterday, but 24MAR85 was the day he was killed by a Soviet Soldier.

In Memorium Major Arthur Nicholson 1947 - 1985


I didn't know him!!! I was in the Air Force stationed in the Southern part of the Rhineland Palentinate at the time. There were a lot of people who died that I did know, however, but for one reason or another can only be remembered by the people that new them. Lt. Col. (posthumous) Nicholson was in the lime light because of his death and politics, it's time to remember many of the fallen.
