Hmmm the best thing I can say is we are signed on for a long time and with a say in all things ARFCOM during that time. Brownells is a strong believer in the 1st and feels they are helping to protect this place by backing it.

Personally, nope. I plan to work harder as this and current events have energized me quite a bit. I feel that there is more left for me to do in this world before my time is up. I plan to pursue those things on behalf of everyone here and our larger firearm supporting family out there.

If you let me know what issue you are having with it, I can hopefully show you the answer. The search is complex, not necessarily the easiest thing to use, but it does have a lot of power behind it.

Not touching this one... yet.

I'm not sure of any future plans Brownells will have with regards to Edge memberships, but this is a very good place to tie us together more. ARFCOM swag and goods will be moving to Brownells, so there is that improvement right there. No more worrying about the horrid shipping rates we had. Honestly, we hope there is some tie in here, but that will come with time and discussions. I will gladly represent you guys to get some love!

I've been on two other forums that got popular then "acquired" by a company interest.
Both did not end well and are no longer in existence.

Hope this turns out different. But I'm blading as well.

Those other sites sold to advertising companies who only cared about cashing in. (GlockTalk is another example.) This is an entirely different situation. We would never put this place at risk like that.

Is the CoC going to get more strict given our newfound association with Brownells?

I enjoy some of the more colorful topics. It'll get real boring if we just end up with dinner pics and reviews of A2 flash hiders.
