A professional grade structural adhesive (not that JB Weld crap) will do it.

Find something with high shear and peel strength and handles temperature extremes.

Look into 3M Scotch-Weld Metal Bonder DP8407NS.

You'll have to buy a 3M dispensing applicator and nozzle for the product cartridge.

This is the answer. Is it broken? Is it made of metal? Then you can fix it with a tig.

Helicoil is the answer if you hate fun, and I guess if you need it to work.

Call the importer and have them replace it?  The screws should not have failed with such a minor drop.
