I have a few of those 800 round packs of federal 22lr. I paid $49.
Guy offered me $150 per box of 800. Wanted to buy all my boxes. I had to back out. I can't sell for that price. Makes me feel guilty. Yet i just had a guy text me this morning offering to sell me his $40 case of primers for $350. I should have offered to trade my 22 for primers. Lol. |

To make you feel better I’ll buy them at $35 each, not a penny more.

Don't feel guilty Man. It's just the market.
Edit to add: That having been said use some of your profit for a charitable act. |

Sell most to cash out if you're not going to shoot it. Donate a few bricks to your local 4H to appease your conscience if you feel bad about it. |

They did not offer enough then. If they offered 1 million dollars per case would you do the same?

That was silly, unless that is all you have stashed away. I invested in probably 1100 in powder in the last two weeks. Once it gets here it will all get flipped at 4x the price.

Smart move.
There is absolutely no indication whatsoever that the price of ammo has leveled off and is headed back down. |

I've sold thousands of rounds of 9mm and 5.56 so far at $.75 - $1 per round. No guilty feelings here. I'm not forcing anyone to buy my 4 year old ammo.

That guy you felt guilty about was probably planning on flipping them in the future to double his money.

You know the 525 Federal bulk packs that used to be $9 until Sandyhook shot them up to $20?
They're now selling for $180-$250. Well, I don't know if they're actually selling, but 35-50 cpr is the asking rate. |

Meh...I sold one of the fed 1600 black box case for $100 FTF,,everyone was happy with the deal
I had some 9mm i selling but decided to keep it as prices are to the moon. The .22 I didn't mind selling as I don't shoot that type, mainly SV & Subs |

I’m debating selling GP-11 for the current going rate on GB, which is roughly $2/round.
I think my hesitation is because the current going rate isn’t enough yet to make me want to deal with the mouth breathers who will almost inevitably win the auction. ETA: I don’t feel bad about taking advantage of the market. I planned ahead and bought what I wanted at the prices I could justify. If others didn’t and now must have ammo, they have to pay. |

I donated two bricks to my parish auction. They will sell for a crazy high amount, but its a good cause and will make some one happy.

It's gonna happen: Unscrupulous ammo sellers will take the ammo out of .22lr value packs and replace them with washers, nails, etc. then re-seal the box.
