We'll play a little peek-a-boo. This was from my first stop. Can you tell what is in the box in the first picture?
Nothing special in my second stop except the prices. Sam's club had a 750 of Buffalo Trace for $22 and Russel's Reserve 10 year for $28. Third and final stop produced what was probably the most remarkable finds. Two different store pick barrel proofs (along with my usual biweekly handle of BT).

Looks like some Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor in the box. Excellent. Nice barrel picks from Four Roses, OBSV is my favorite mash bill. You've done very well, congrats.

Four Roses is excellent. Of course the Blantons is nice as well.
Eagle Rare? Like drinking brown water. Never understood why people liked it. It's smooth because it has no taste. |
