Hey guys I I really need some help I can't access my builds on gunstruction. When I click the icon a tan screen shows up with the tabs on the left-hand side but that is all. I am running Internet explorer 8. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok good to know. I was wondering if my computer was jacked up or something. Glad to see im not the only one having problems.

Same here. It starts, but it can't download data (including my builds). I haven't bothered with seeing if anything else works.
I tried Microsoft Edge (20.10240.16384.0), Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.10240.16431), and Mozilla Firefox (40.0.3). |

No luck for me either. I get a message to refresh IE11 on Windows 10, and on Windows 8.1 it reloads the tab constantly/

Mine will load to the main screen, but as soon as I pick a platform (AR308 for example), it pops an error message "Failed to download required information. Try refreshing the page". Same message in Firefox, IE and Opera.

Yesterday it would go straight to the "failed to download..." message and today when I tried it again it says "error launching unity player" with an install manually link for unity. I did that installed manually and still doesn't work.

It started working again for me. I had to go to the gunstruction website to make it work. If I use the link here it wont load.

Can I get any help with this? Everything was working fine until a couple days ago. I got a failed to download parts message for a day then it went to a screen that has unity on it with an install manually tab. I do the install manually, install what is says to install and I get the same screen again

Hi guys, sorry for the delay. We have been pushing up our 3.0 patch over the last few days, and it wasn't as smooth as we hoped, so there were intermittent periods where GUNSTRUCTION was down. Everything should be back up and running now.
We have 2 players now. -Standard Web Player - this is the same as it's always been and will automatically run for any browser except Chrome and Edge. We advise you clear your web browsing cache if you are having issues, as it will force the player to redeploy. -WebGL Player -this is our new player, and a way to work around the Chrome change that dropped npapi support (essential for running the web player). If you use Chrome this will be your default player. The first time it loads will be a little bit slow, but after that it will pick up. Again we recommend clearing out your browser cache if you are running into any issues, as it will force the player to redeploy. The 2 players function almost identically, but the Standard Web Player runs faster, and will look a bit better. WebGL is still fairly new, so we expect it to eventually catch up to the standard web player. Until then, we recommend Firefox for best results with GUNSTRUCTION. |
