Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How do I set the default "mailto:" behavior in Windows 11?

Say I have a mail hotlink:

[email protected] [mailto:[email protected]]

If I click on it, sometimes a new Outlook email opens (which I want).

Other times, I get an "Add an [mail] account" window.

What setting do I have to change?
