We have an old wet bar that we're going to turn into a small cellar.  The room is 10x8, so not very big.  Planning on gutting it and spraying in some closed cell foam for insulation, putting up some stone walls and using a ceiling mounted cooling unit.

Here's the dry fit of a few of the racks.

Here's kind of what we want the final results to look like.  Just a small walk in that can keep a couple hundred bottles at the ready.

I would love to be able to do something like that.  I will definitely want to see how it turns out for you.

Don't forget to seriously anchor each module to a no-fail point.  I anchor to concrete wall.

Awesome!  My wife and I drink a ton of wine and always wanted to do something like this.  We have an under-staircase closet this is our designated storage room.  About 5x cases of wine that we haven't really touched, a 24x bottle wine fridge, 2x 12 bottle wall-mounted racks.  In the kitchen we have a built in 48x bottle fridge.

Maybe I missed it, but is your storage temp controlled?

What floor of the house will your cellar be located?
