upstate NY looks like Guandong on a bad air day.
What the shit are you silly milk bagging canuks burning up there? Tires? Visibility is under a mile and I don't think there are any actual clouds. Smells like a campfire. Did you set all of Nova Scotia on fire? Trudeu gonna do anything aboot it? We can't buy wood furnaces anymore in NY but you guys come along and set half the great northern woods on fire. Give yer balls a tug ya tit fuckers. Figgeritout Seriously, it's bad. |

Funny you say that, just looked across the valley in Stowe, I'm up about 1000 feet and yes there's a definite haze happening here too. That mountain in the distance is usually crystal clear from my vantage point.

It's bad all the way down here. Freaking me out a bit...with the dry and windy conditions and as a wildland firefighter I keep thinking I'm going to come across active fire in the area at any moment.

View Quote Can't see the hill on the other side of the valley. Maybe a mile. Seriously looks like the bad Chinese pollution pictures. Here there would be a slight visible haze between you and that building in the pic, no way you'd see that mountain across the valley. |

The Canuckistani Smoke is pretty bad in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Just think off all the great firefighting’s equipment and firefighters were could have had with all that Uke blood money we sent the Nazi’s.

Out on Long Island, sunrise was very cool other than that this sucks. Rained a bit earlier and smells like smoke. Attached File

So is this smoke and haze going to result in global cooling and a plant die-off due to blocking the sun or global warming due to the greenhouse effect?

Manassas, VA
It’s dimming the sun pretty good. You can see the ground level haze over a mile or so. No smoke smell though. |

It was BAD yesterday.
Went out for a walk around 7pm. You could look directly at the sun it was that hazy. What was bizarre was you could still feel the sun. Apparently UV says fuck smoke. |

I can usually clearly see the Capitol building and Washington Monument from my office window, along with most of DC. I can barely even see as far the the Reagan Airport right now. |

I'm down on the PA border. Worst spot in NY other than Syracuse...but that's Syracuse so it could just be a Tuesday.
It's weird that the smoke is worse here than up in the north country. Some kind of inversion or something in the valleys. |

From where I'm sitting I can't see hurricane mountain. Normally I can see the fire tower on top of that mountain.

Fuck your air. We’ll pollute your nation with smoke and you’ll like it.

Smoke is here is southeast CT as well, though it has no smell, just haze everywhere.

Walked outside a few days ago and there was a bad yellow-brown tint. Been hazy ever since.

Amsterdam here. Thought my wife was burning something when I came up from the basement.
Wasn't too bad this morning then it moved in heavy. |

I have a state Forest Ranger friend up in Nova Scotia fighting this shit right now. Hope he and all the other smoke eaters make it home safely.

Quoted: Quoted: If I'm gonna have this much smoke in the air, I expect BBQ damnit. Best I can offer is beaver jerky. I normally am all about jerky, but dry beaver is problematic. I would settle for some nice milk bags though. |

Is this the same fire started by the all women controlled burn?
