In all that you shed no light on what is it you don’t like about it beyond a very vague “there’s food in it.”
Help us out and pretend like you’re talking to folks who don’t automatically know what you’re referring to. Because we don’t. |

Are you upset that he’s the narrator or the format is all about food? If that’s what the format is.
I remember the first few shows, Panama Canal, Hoover Dam and Golden Gate Bridge. The absolute best right there |

Give the guy a chance, OP.
Mike Rowe didn't come into his own until Dirty Jobs. Watch a few episodes, and if you don't like it, then stop watching.  I like that show. Hopefully, he'll be a decent host.  |

Thankfully I've never had cable so I never watched it after that.
