 White Wedding Unplugged - Billy Idol If you know anything about playing guitar, you’ll notice Steve Stevens is using one guitar to play both rhythm and melody. This is extremely technical and he makes it look effortless, which is why he is one of my favorite guitarists. The ‘80’s was the best decade, I’m glad I experienced it and was old enough to appreciate the music. |

had to watch it twice to see....
He was still picking the bass line, and was using either his ring or pinky to hit the melody riff. I can't do it, but there is a whole genre of covers on YouTube that used a similar if not more technical technique that still impresses me. |

I have a recorded live version of White Wedding, where Stevens playing, is out of this world. One of my favorite songs to play drums to.

We used to do that song in our classic to current rock cover band, and I sang it. Great song. It always got people up on their feet.
